    Asia Pacific Major Report | June 2015

    The second report in CBRE’s Asia Pacific Consumer Survey series, How We Like to Shop Online, looks at the e-commerce sector, which has seen rapid growth across the region in recent years.The report focuses in particular on “Generation Z’, or those consumers aged 18-24, whose shopping habits and preferences are expected to wield a significant influence in the regional retail market in the coming years.??

    The report also advises landlords and occupiers on how to leverage on smartphones, social media and online-to-offline strategies to help them navigate the challenges and capture the opportunities arising from the growth of online retail.
